WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For sanitation and safety reasons especially with the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic we will not be accepting any items for returns and will provide refunds on some of our body care products after they have been shipped out. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality body care and service please carefully review the following policy regarding non-refundable items:

Non-Refundable Products

  • Body lotions and creams
  • Soaps and body washes
  • Facial cleansers and moisturizers
  • Any other product labeled as non-refundable in its product description


Refund Eligibility
We will only consider refunds for non-refundable body care products under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged or unusable
  • The wrong product was shipped


Timeframe for Refund Requests:

  •  If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria mentioned above, please contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date of delivery.


To process your refund request, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or purchase receipt and once we verify its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
