Non-Refundable Products
All sales are final on the following:
- Products labeled as non-refundable in their product description.
- Any items that have been opened, used, or had their protective seal removed or damaged.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances, and proof may be required to complete the refund process:
The product arrived damaged or unusable.
The wrong product was received.
The protective seal remains intact and the item has not been used.
How to Request a Refund
If your order meets the criteria above:
Submit a Contact Us Form within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number or purchase receipt.
Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund or credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. In certain cases, store credit may be offered at the discretion of Marie’s Body Factory. Store credit is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis after review of your claim.
