WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS FOR SHIPPING?

  • We do offer free ground shipping on any orders over $35 within the United States.  
      WHAT DO I DO IF I ACCIDENTALLY INPUT THE WRONG ADDRESS?
  • You may submit a contact us form with your order number included within 24-48 hours of placing your order to make any changes to your address. Once the 24-48 hour timeframe has passed, no changes can be made, however you may cancel your order and repurchase your items.
                                           HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After placing an order, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and preparation before the package is shipped. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items, the destination, and the chosen shipping method. Customers can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing their order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package's delivery. In the rare event of a lost or significantly delayed shipment, please contact our customer support team. We will work diligently to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Return Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Marie's Body Factory, we are committed to providing high-quality body care products and ensuring customer satisfaction. For sanitation and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products once they have been shipped. However refunds and credits are available for eligible cases as outlined below:

Non-Refundable Products

  • Body lotions and creams
  • Soaps and body washes
  • Facial cleansers and moisturizers
  • Perfumes & Oils
  • Any other product labeled as non-refundable in its product description


Refund Eligibility
We will only consider refunds for non-refundable body care products under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged or unusable
  • The wrong product was shipped/received
  • The product is in it's sealed/unopened packaging


Timeframe for Refund Requests

  •  If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria mentioned above, please contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Refund Details

 

  • For orders eligible for monetary refunds, requests will be reviewed within 24-48 hours
  • For orders eligible for store credit refunds we will issue credits within 24 hours / Credit is capped up to half of the order total.
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction
To process your refund request, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or purchase receipt and once we verify its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process or issue the store credit to your account within 24-48 hours.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

We're excited to offer FREE pick-up for orders in the city of Little Elm, TX, and its neighboring areas. Before completing your order, please make sure you are located within our pick-up vicinity. Please be advised that this a residential address that you will be picking up from.
