Shipping Policy
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS FOR SHIPPING?
- We do offer free ground shipping on any orders over $35 within the United States.
- You may submit a contact us form with your order number included within 24-48 hours of placing your order to make any changes to your address. Once the 24-48 hour timeframe has passed, no changes can be made, however you may cancel your order and repurchase your items.
After placing an order, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and preparation before the package is shipped. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items, the destination, and the chosen shipping method. Customers can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing their order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package's delivery. In the rare event of a lost or significantly delayed shipment, please contact our customer support team. We will work diligently to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Marie's Body Factory, we are committed to providing high-quality body care products and ensuring customer satisfaction. For sanitation and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products once they have been shipped. However refunds and credits are available for eligible cases as outlined below:
Non-Refundable Products
- Body lotions and creams
- Soaps and body washes
- Facial cleansers and moisturizers
- Perfumes & Oils
- Any other product labeled as non-refundable in its product description
Refund Eligibility
We will only consider refunds for non-refundable body care products under the following circumstances:
- The product arrived damaged or unusable
- The wrong product was shipped/received
- The product is in it's sealed/unopened packaging

Refund Details
- For orders eligible for monetary refunds, requests will be reviewed within 24-48 hours
- For orders eligible for store credit refunds we will issue credits within 24 hours / Credit is capped up to half of the order total.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction
