Shipping Policy
At Marie’s Body Factory, every order is carefully packed for its journey to you. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
Free Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on U.S. orders over $35, after discounts and before tax. Orders under $35 are charged standard shipping rates based on package weight, destination, and the selected delivery method.
Free shipping applies only to domestic orders within the continental United States.
Order Processing
Orders typically require 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, peak seasons, or major sales.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Perfume & Roll-On Shipping
Orders containing perfume or fragrance roll-ons must ship using an eligible ground shipping service due to carrier restrictions that apply to alcohol-based fragrance products. These items cannot be shipped using Priority or other air-based shipping services.
If an order containing perfume or a roll-on is placed with Priority shipping, the shipping method will be changed to an eligible ground service. Any applicable difference in the shipping charge will be issued as store credit.
If your order contains both fragrance and other products, the entire package may be shipped by ground service so the order can travel together in compliance with applicable carrier requirements.
Tracking Your Order
Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation to follow your package. If tracking shows a significant delay or has not updated for several business days, please contact us so we can help.
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, you may submit a Contact Us form within 24–72 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number.
After the 72-hour window, we may not be able to make changes. If the order has not shipped, you may request cancellation and repurchase using the correct address.
Marie’s Body Factory is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary by location, shipping method, and carrier. Estimated delivery time begins after your order has completed processing and has been handed to the carrier.
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Marie’s Body Factory is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please use a secure delivery location whenever possible.
