Shipping Policy

At Marie’s Body Factory, every order is carefully packed and shipped with care to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Free Shipping

We proudly offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $35 (after discounts and before tax). Orders under $35 will be charged standard shipping rates based on package weight, destination, and selected delivery method.

Free shipping applies only to domestic orders within the continental United States.

2. Order Processing

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
During peak seasons, holidays, or major sales, processing times may be slightly extended. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details to monitor your package’s progress..

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment’s journey.
If your tracking number shows a significant delay or no updates for several business days, please contact our customer support team so we can assist in locating your package.

In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address:

- You may submit a Contact Us form (include your order number) within 24–72 hours of placing your order to request an address correction.

- After the 72-hour window, we may not be able to make changes. You can, however, cancel the order (if it hasn’t shipped) and repurchase with the correct address.

Please note: MBF is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by location and carrier but typically take 3–7 business days after shipment. Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, MBF is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
