      WHAT DO I DO IF I ACCIDENTALLY INPUT THE WRONG ADDRESS?
  • You may submit a contact us form with your order number included within 24-48 hours of placing your order to make any changes to your address. Once the 24-48 hour timeframe has passed, no changes can be made, however you may cancel your order and repurchase your items.
                                           HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After placing an order, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and preparation before the package is shipped. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items, the destination, and the chosen shipping method. Customers can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing their order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package's delivery.
