Pick Up Orders

We’re happy to offer local pickup for eligible orders. Please review the information below so you know what to expect.

Residential Pickup

Free pickup from our Little Elm, TX location is available for eligible local orders. This is a residential pickup location; the full pickup address and instructions are provided only after your order is ready.

Please do not arrive before receiving your Ready for Pickup notification. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or text with pickup details.

• Bring or have access to your order confirmation or order number.
• Message us when you arrive, and we’ll bring your order out to your car.
• Please follow the parking and arrival instructions included in your pickup notification.

If you cannot make your planned pickup time or need to reschedule, contact us before arriving so we can coordinate another time.

Market & Pop-Up Pickup

When available, you may also be able to pick up an order at one of our vendor markets or pop-up events.

• Select the applicable market pickup option when it is offered at checkout.
• Wait for confirmation that your order is packed and ready.
• Bring your order confirmation or order number when picking up.

If you can no longer pick up at the selected market, contact us before the event to discuss available alternatives. Residential pickup or shipping may be available depending on the order and timing.

Pickup Reminders

Pickup availability and timing may vary. Orders are not considered ready until you receive a pickup notification. For privacy and safety, please do not share residential pickup details publicly or arrive outside the instructions provided with your order.
