Marie’s Body Factory body-care products are intended for external cosmetic use only. Cosmetic products and most cosmetic ingredients are not subject to FDA premarket approval, except for certain color additives. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and product descriptions should not be interpreted as medical advice.

Skin Reactions, Irritation & Breakouts

We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list and patch testing a small area before broader use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

If you experience a breakout, rash, redness, burning, swelling, irritation, or another unexpected reaction, stop using the product. Seek medical care promptly for severe, persistent, or worsening symptoms.

Please also contact Marie’s Body Factory and include the product name, your order number if available, when you began using the product, and a description of what occurred. This information helps us document and review customer-reported product experiences. Reporting a reaction to us does not replace seeking appropriate medical care.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before use. If you know you are allergic or sensitive to an ingredient, do not use a product containing that ingredient. Discontinue use if irritation develops.

Candle & Home Fragrance Safety

Candles, wax melts, room sprays, and other home-fragrance products are intended for home fragrance use only. Do not ingest them or apply them to the skin unless a product is specifically labeled for that use.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep burning candles away from children, pets, drafts, and anything that can catch fire.
• Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn.
• Do not burn candles for more than four hours at a time.
• Extinguish the flame completely before leaving the room or going to sleep.
• Follow all product-specific safety directions and warning labels.

For room sprays and similar home-fragrance products, avoid contact with eyes, face, skin, food, and surfaces that may be damaged or stained. Keep out of reach of children and pets and follow the directions on the product label.
