Cancellations

You may submit an order cancellation request within 3 days of placing your order, provided that your order has not already been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please complete our Contact Us form and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may be eligible for a return or store credit in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Please note that refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take several business days for the transaction to appear on your account.
